Stefanie helped me find an off market property. We had been in a few multi-offer situations and it was stressful and disappointing when we didn't get the houses, but she helped us stay calm. One day we were looking at a house and noticed a coming soon sign in the driveway across the street. We talked to the home owner and made our offer that day. So my wife and I are first time homeowners and were moving to the volunteer state from Ohio. We had no knowledge of the area nor where to begin finding realtors. Stefanie entered our lives a few hours after i asked to be randomly contacted through realty sites. I remember when she first called me, she struck up some casual conversation to get a feel for who i was and what i was looking for. Shortly after that phone call she sent over a list of my top preferences and made sure that she sent prospective homes that fit our criteria. Stefanie followed up with another call to verify scheduling to see as many homes as we could while we were in town. I thought it was also helpful that she shared with us about Nashville's economic boom and how it has positively impacted the residential industry. When my wife and i met up with Stefanie, it was quite the weekend. I say this because she was aware that we didn't have the luxury to really travel back and forth to view a home or two, so she made sure our time wasn't wasted by visiting about 20+ homes, give or take a home or two. Not only did she show us around so many homes that weekend while informing us about the economic prosperity of that said area, she was very accommodating to the fact that my wife had fallen ill on an important day, she even made sure we passed a few shopping centers on the way to viewing properties near by. She also further assisted by giving a third opinion when she noticed we were in flux with our decisions and/or reasoning's. I remember walking away from the weekend feeling accomplished when it came to the quantity of homes we saw, but more importantly i felt accomplished when we walked away with putting in a bid on a home that we REALLY liked. Again she knew our situation so she made sure to do all she could to make sure we were the proud owners of a new home, to keep us from having to take more time off of work and taking another weekend to search for homes. Sure enough....... later that evening we were the proud new owners of a home due to here amazing strategy she shared with us(i will let anyone who is reading this review ask her what she did to help us)... i promise you it will be worth your while. After we won the bid to the home, she literally went above and beyond to be our eyes and ears with our new home by making sure our legal issues were taken care of when negotiating and making sure the owners took care of any repairs that needed to be done. She also went out of her way countless times when my wife need assistance with looking at office spaces for her new business that she is expanding with. My wife and i plan to have Stefanie remain in our lives as our realtor but as a good friend as well. Picking her as your realtor will be such a rewarding for you because of her fun, sweet and caring personality.

Everything and more we could've asked for from a realtor. Although we opted to not pursue the origin home we were looking at, having Stefanie to guide us through the process made us feel so much more comfortable. She has great attention to detail, never failed to respond in a timely manner to inquiries, and always was a pleasure to speak with when we had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Stefanie to anyone on the housing market.

I don't shop like other people. I generally don't shop at all. If I do, I want to make sure I'm trying to get a good deal. In fact I get more excited about getting a good deal than the product! Trying to buy a house in the Nashville market seemed like an impossible task to find a deal of any kind. Stefanie was very patient and diligenty showed me numerous houses. When they went to multi offers, I was not interested. She finally found one that I liked that was on the market a lot longer than normal. She constructed a great contract for me and after some negotiation, she got them off the price and I paid no closing cost. Based on the houses that have sold recently, I think I've already made 20k in equity. Thanks Stefanie!

LIfe Saver, that's what Stefanie is. We were really struggling with our lender at the time, Stefanie was on top of all the communication with them so that nothing got through the cracks. You had to act fast in the current market, she was on top of all the listings of the qualities we wanted in our first home, worked with our work schedules and was always available. Sure, we got beat out on some offers, but Stef stayed positive and it lead us to our first home that we are living now- had no issues at closing and it only took 30 minutes! We even got a wonderful housewarming gift basket that was incredibly thoughtful! Did I mention she did all this with just having a newborn! Her dedication goes with out saying, we are so thankful for all her efforts!

I could not recommend Stefanie highly enough. Our entire experience from beginning to closing was great. She pays attention to every detail and helped steer us into the perfect house for us. Stefanie was extremely patient (we looked at a lot of places) and very knowledgeable. She even went out of her way to contact the lender; because she did this, she caught a problem that would have delayed closing but due to her diligence, we were able to close on time. I honestly can't think of anything that she should have done better. My family is in a great house and Stefanie helped put us there. We are very grateful for all of the work and dedication that she showed in helping us find a home.
